  Disgraceful scammers. I had booked the car via ebookers and had the contract which clearly showed insurance was included. On arrival they told me that that wasn't insurance, and I had to buy theirs, which would have doubled the amount payable.

  Very bad service. Extremely rude and arrogant manager named Raimundo played "little Hitler" and kept us waiting for an hour after he threatened to cancel our fully paid booking. He actually insulted us because we booked through the Internet and not directly through Goldcar. He was also rude to other customers present, so it wasn't just us. On top of everything we had to pay additional charges kept hidden when the booking was accepted. I will never use Goldcar again. Keep away!

  Booked a car last week for a total of 7 days , a brand new car in perfect condition. Returned on time to the company's airport parking lot. With no additional damage, clean, with full tank. Was very worried reading the negative reviews, however the deposit was returned to my credit card one day after returning the car. No issues.

  They also did this to the two people before me in the queue. After a long argument they let me take the car without their extra insurance, but they made sure I spent an hour trying to get out of there.
